Silent Night Sheet Music for Beginners – Free

‘Tis the season for Holiday Music! The other day my daughter asked me for a copy of Silent Night so she could practice on her flute. I put together a copy for her then decided to go ahead and transpose Silent Night for all of the other typical beginning band instruments. This is simply the melody of the song and not geared toward any kind of ensemble. My daughter was hoping to perform a solo for her church Sunday school class so I figured other students may find the melody line part useful!Silent Night Christmas Music

Silent Night Sheet Music Parts:

This version of Silent Night is written in the key of F to try to bring down the upper range of flutes while keeping the other instruments in reasonable ranges for first year players. It’s written in 3/4 time rather than 6/8 also for the ease of use of beginning band instrumentalists!

(These parts are all in a FREE PDF file for your enjoyment. Please do not distribute them online but if you like them please link to this page. You are welcome to download it and share with your friends, family, students, or teachers!)

I hope you enjoy this version of Silent Night!
